We manufacture a wide range of protection blinds, always analysing each machine’s needs to adequately protect it. High-quality, tempered, and especially anodised aluminium blinds, highly resistant to impacts from shavings. We manufacture different kinds:
The machine itself moves the protection blind, with no need for any other mechanism, picking up over itself.
Manufactured with or without box. Placed at both ends of the machine, with a system of springs inside the drum, they open and close as the machine moves.
Protective blinds for machinery, manufactured with electric or pneumatic motors with a guide system for opening and closing.
High quality hardened anodised aluminium. Slat width 20 mm. and 5.5 mm. thick.
Polyurethane links with special treatment against oils and coolants.
Metal connecting screws and hinges. Screwed or countersunk screwed.

The protection blinds for machines are manufactured with highly-resistant anodised aluminium slats, interspersed with transparent polycarbonate splats so operators can see inside the machine. Highly resistant to shavings.
We offer manufacturing according to blueprint. Maximum width: 5,000 mm.

Protection blind for machinery made of hollow aluminium milled with countersunk screw heads and a special polyurethane joint. Easy to disassemble and repair and high shaving resistance.

Protection blinds for machines consisting of anodised aluminium slats, joined together with a special polyurethane, highly resistant to oils and coolants. The bottom is fitted with the Biplast-V® part which, thanks to its properties, provides for transversally sliding the blind along the guide, without altering its state. The upper part of the blinds is reinforced with hinges and joint screws to provide the blinds with greater rigidity.
Adequate for working in transversal position at high speed (tool changers and other kinds of applications that require minimum friction) and shaving-resistant.
Maximum height: 2,500 mm and curvature radius 40 mm.
